First time my husband wear saree on my birthday,& now our marriage anniver,he is not wearing saree?

I wants he wear my saree on our marriage anniver ?
- What a joke and what a peculiar manner of expressing love? Should not insist if he is not willing as it may have a negative effect.

- You want your husband to be a cross-dresser? Why do you want him to wear a saree or do makeup? Its a stupid idea.
