I'm going to my cousin's backyard wedding. I think that means I could dress nice, but casuall right?

1. Then you should play it up with some really cute heels and really fancy acccesories such as drop earrings and long beaded necklaces. Then you would look nice but not too casual.
2. Yes, it's a backyard wedding so that doesnt mean you have to go all out and buy a $200 dress. With the right accessories you will be fine.
